    No shadow,windy and very near to the kigh road .

    This place has closed down and all the buildings have been gutted, toilets removed, roof iron removed on some buildings, and kitchens, ovens etc have also been removed from the units / backpacker accomodation. Stayed here in 2011 on a bike tour and came through again in july 2017, hoping to stay, but was shocked to see what had happened to the place. Needs to be removed from google!

    Great spot cheap powered sites only downfall for us is no playground for the little ones. Plenty of nice grass for the kids but after 4 days we are moving on. Drinking water is rain water and river water for showers and washing. Very friendly staff. Would recommend for anyone who is shooting through for the night or working in the area and not looking for anything flash but want cheap clean facilities.
